1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and merah88 ("Platform", "we" or "company"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the merah88 platform — including the website, mobile application or related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the merah88 platform and must cease accessing it immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To use merah88's services, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process requires accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. Each individual is only permitted to hold one account; holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of fund balances.

The eligibility requirements to register a merah88 account are as follows:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not be a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gambling platforms.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not have been previously banned or restricted from using merah88's services.
• Acting on your own behalf and not on the instruction of a third party.

merah88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address and payment method information. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

3. Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

merah88 provides a variety of secure financial transaction methods for the convenience of members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for payments made using cryptocurrency.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH

All withdrawals will be credited to the original payment method used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require additional review. merah88 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Any attempt to transfer funds obtained through unlawful means, or activity suspected to be related to money laundering, will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be terminated immediately.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

merah88 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus — Specific Terms:

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal is permitted.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM120 → account balance RM220 → wagering required is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Another example: deposit RM1,000 → bonus RM500 → account balance RM1,500 → wagering required is RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. merah88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if abuse or an attempt to exploit promotions unlawfully is suspected. Each member is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.

The merah88 VIP programme offers weekly cashback across four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier provides a different cashback rate — the higher the tier, the greater the benefit.

5. Member Conduct and Responsibilities

Each member agrees to use the merah88 platform responsibly and in accordance with the rules set out. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots or any other technology to manipulate games or transactions.
• Colluding with other members unlawfully to gain an advantage in games (collusion).
• Abusing promotions, bonuses or special offers in a manner contrary to the intent of those promotions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any action that disrupts the operation of the platform or the experience of other members.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account, forfeiture of fund balances and/or appropriate legal action.

6. Responsible Gambling

merah88 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should always be regarded as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to resolve financial problems.

The merah88 platform provides the following self-protection tools for members who need them:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit according to your means.
• Loss limit: Limit the amount you can lose within a set period.
• Self-exclusion: An option to block access to your account for a set period.
• Voluntary account closure: Members may request permanent account closure at any time.

7. Liability Limits

merah88 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Technical disruptions, system failures, or unplanned server downtime.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own betting decisions.
• Internet connection or device failures that cause interruptions during play.
• Acts or omissions by third-party service providers, including payment processors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

In all circumstances, merah88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

merah88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Repeated misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Request by a regulatory body or legal authority.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the merah88 support team. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal after a review is completed, provided there are no active disputes or restrictions on the account.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

merah88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the merah88 website.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the terms currently in effect. Continued use of the merah88 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the international licensing laws under the jurisdiction of the regulatory body that issued merah88's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the merah88 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under the rules of an arbitration body recognised by the relevant licensing authority. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Members hereby agree to waive any right to bring a collective or class action against merah88. Each claim must be made individually and separately.
